Description of Service

FellowBIS is a gear optimization tool for the game Fellowship. The Service provides recommendations for optimal gear configurations, stat priorities, and related information to help players optimize their characters.

Use of the Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

Creating an account is optional. Most features of the Service work without an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FellowBIS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Game-related data, including item names, descriptions, and game mechanics, are the property of their respective game developers and publishers. We claim no ownership over game content.

Third-Party Services

The Service uses Discord OAuth for authentication. Your use of Discord is subject to Discord's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Discord's services or policies.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

You may delete your account at any time through the Account page. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed from our systems.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
